Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?

Yes. For airport pickups we track your flight and include 45 minutes of free waiting time after landing so you're never charged for delays outside your control. Additional waiting is charged per 15 minutes at the rate shown on your quote.

Every journey is quoted as a fixed price. Our team reviews the pickup address, drop-off address, time of day and vehicle you selected, then emails you a fixed all-inclusive fare — no meters and no surge pricing. You only pay once you accept the quote.
